AI Audit Scope and Terms

Eternal Spring AI Audit ($450): what you get and how it works. For a flat fee of $450, Eternal Spring will review how new business reaches you today, including your phone calls and missed calls, how quickly and consistently inquiries get a reply, your website, any chat, online booking, and follow-up, and will give you three things: (1) a written report with prioritized recommendations for using AI in your business, each with an estimated setup and monthly price based on our flat-fee pricing (plus any usage you would pay directly on your own phone, texting, or AI accounts); (2) a short live demo built on a sample of your typical calls or website questions, or on realistic examples if you'd rather not share any; and (3) a walkthrough to go over everything and answer your questions, by email or, if you prefer, by phone or video. Within 1 business day after your payment, we'll email you a short kickoff questionnaire; kickoff is handled by email unless you ask for a quick call. We'll deliver your report within 7 business days after we receive your completed questionnaire and the information we ask for at kickoff (for example, recent missed-call counts, a few sample customer questions, and screenshots or view-only access where needed). If we're waiting on anything from you, the timeline pauses until we have it, and we'll always tell you what we need. If you sign a setup agreement with Eternal Spring within 30 days after we deliver your report, the full $450 is credited toward your setup fee. Our guarantee is simple: you can cancel any time before we deliver your report for a full refund, and if you're not satisfied with the report, email us within 7 days after delivery and we'll refund the full $450, no questions asked. Refunds go back to your original payment method and are issued within 5 business days (a refunded audit can't also be credited toward setup). Your report reflects our professional recommendations based on the information you share. Results vary from business to business, and we don't promise any particular number of calls, leads, jobs, savings, or revenue. Prices and timelines in the report are good-faith estimates, not a quote or an offer, and they become binding only in a signed Order Form. You agree to give us accurate information and confirm that you have the right to share it with us. Please remove customer names, phone numbers, and other personal details from any samples, and never send passwords, payment card numbers, or Social Security numbers. We keep everything you share confidential and use it only to prepare your audit. Your report is for your internal business use and is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, each party's total liability arising out of the audit is limited to the $450 fee paid, and neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits. By paying through the payment link, you accept these terms. Any later setup or ongoing service is governed by Eternal Spring's Master Services Agreement and a signed Order Form, which replace these terms for that work. These terms are governed by California law. If a disagreement ever comes up, we'll first try to resolve it together in good faith; if we can't, it will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Orange County, California, although either of us may use small claims court instead.
